Primary Security strive to deliver first class customer service at all times at every venue or site we look after. We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the service and/or the contact you have had with our employee/s.

We are interested to hear all comments good or bad and will treat every complaint without prejudice. To action a complaint, please fill out the form opposite and an electronic copy of your complaint will be sent to Head Office. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 7 working days.
