Weekly wages
All our employed staff are on contract, paid on a weekly basis [including holiday pay and benefit from employers’ contributions towards pension. No long wait for money…… wage slips emailed on a Monday and money in the bank every Tuesday….. What other events Company does that!
Simple registration
Simply fill out the form in the working for us link, upload your proofs and Team Primary will complete your screening and vetting to BS 7858 allowing you to work in the industry fully compliant. After signing off your original documents at interview and your Company induction training you will be covered to work under our £10 million pound public liability insurance.
Consistent weekly festival and event work
For those that want the hours we have festivals and events right through the summer and beyond. This allows for proper planning of your calendar, gives employees the ability to control their income and ensures that working for Primary creates a good standard of living for all industry professionals.
Choose the events that work for you
Once registered it’s up to you where and when you work. No Company has the right to dictate who you can and can’t work for, we hope you’ll stay and become a respected and productive team member and we will work hard to look after you to ensure you grow with the business…… but we also understand that some events may not suit you, may clash with holidays or family commitments. Simply register your interest for each event and we will do the rest!
Pub and Club work throughout Manchester
We don’t just do festivals and events. We have a range of contracts throughout Manchester. Owners are looking for the same customer service skill set that we utilise on our events to take care of their customers on a daily basis or at weekends. Places are limited but if you’re a top performer and prefer the comfort of your bed every night over a tent then there could be space for you on one of our teams.
